When you're in a wreck, the stress starts to pile up thinking of all the work that will be put into handling the... insurance companies and autobody shops. I contacted Capital Dent Masters for an interior detail, exterior wash & clear coat, initially. They did a beautiful... job with the detail, I was very impressed. When I picked up the car, Lory showed me hail damage on the roof & hood that was then visible with the smooth clear coat applied. I booked another appointment to get an estimate for repairing both the hail damage & a damaged rear bumper, & it was such an easy, seamless, & professional experience. My insurance company communicated directly with Capital Dent - I didn’t have to do a thing! Communication was amazing & my car looks brand new. They are wonderful to do business with, & I highly recommend!read more

I cannot say enough great things about Lory and Capital Dent Masters!! My car was stolen, damaged and was incredibly... dirty when we found it. This shop is great! High quality work and the customer service to match. I had a gnarly dent/paint scratch (down to the... metal), above a rear door on my brand new A4, caused by a break in attempt by an “aspiring” thief (as he failed to gain entry). Imagine a somebody took a screwdriver and tapped the top of it with a hammer to get through the door seem.
Anyway, the damaged area after the repair looks brand new. The work needed was WAY more technical than the typical hail dent or door ding. I’m very impressed. Even the paint work is PERFECT. I’m leasing, and have no concerns about when the car gets inspected at the end of the lease term.
They helped me coordinate with my rental car company, so my drop off and pick up were each just one quick trip. And, the cherry on top, was just how clean the whole car was when I picked it up!

My husband and I brought our vehicles in for a detail. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the final product... I knew we were in good hands. Everyone who works there is incredibly professional and detail oriented. Our cars both came out sparkling -- you could tell Lory the owner got satisfaction from a job well done!! Additionally, the owner was kind enough to provide me with a quote for a dent that was on my vehicle and was also cautious with my husbands car which had several peculiarities, due to work he had personally done.
We will definitely be back to Capital Dent as they handled both our vehicles with care and the customer service was exceptional. :)read more

Working with Capital Dent Masters is a delight! Lory's customer service is amongst the best you will ever experience.... We had 2 cars repaired for hail damage and while there had other minor paint repairs and detailing. One car was a 2018 Volvo S60 before lease turn in. The team had that car looking GORGEOUS to turn in. Due to the well-priced paint repair and detailing with Capital Dent, Volvo charged me ZERO for excess wear and tear or any turn-in fees. I'm thrilled I went to Capital Dent first. The other car is a 2013 Honda Pilot that looks like it had a face lift. And when Lory wasn't satisfied that they couldn't repair a small dent in the plastic front bumper by pounding it out, she didn't charge me for the work. Amazing! This business performs terrific, high quality work at an excellent value with first-rate customer service. They are honest, kind and terrific communicators. I HIGHLY recommend.read more

Capital Dent Masters did a fantastic job on my Tesla Model 3. I had a small dent requiring some paint on the driver... side rear wheel arch. They also repaired a couple of deep scratches on my rear deck lid. I could not have asked for a better outcome! The car looks brand new and it was in and out in 4 days. Lory was super nice and great to work with. Did I mention they did the repair for 1/5 the price of the Tesla folks? Unless I have a repair that mandates a Tesla certified collision center, Capital Dent Masters will be my go to!read more

I had a 2 inch dent on the front left of my new 4Runner, no paint damage and as the car is new I wanted to get it... fixed. Took it to a different shop and they told me to leave the car and they would call me with an estimate in one or two days - that was not possible for me because of my schedule so I googled for another to see if I would have more luck. When I got to Capital Dent Masters Lory was very nice and had Jorge come right out to look at my car, he said he could do it that same day and that it would only take about 90 minutes. Asides from the damage in the car being 100% fixed (like it never happened) I received customer service that was not expected and I was pleasantly surprised.

We just moved to Denver and needed a car detail so I found them due to their great reviews. They did an awesome job on our 2019 Audi Q7. Top notch! Capital Dent recently repaired two of our vehicles, both of which were damaged in accidents. The first... required a new bumper, miscellaneous parts, and paint. The second had a nasty and complex dent in the rear quarter panel. Both repairs were exceptional. I was particularly impressed with the repair to the quarter panel. Rather than replacing the quarter panel, they were able to hammer the dent out and repaint. I haven't seen this type of craftsmanship in years. It's perfect.read more

They did fantastic job fixing the hail damage on my car and also did a detailing. Lory and her team pointed out and helped addressing other minor issues about my car, and took care of everything they possibly could - they handled all the insurance communications and helped getting ahold of the rental car office for me. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for repairs to a fairly significant dent with paint damage on the front fender and quite a... few smaller dents from a separate incident due to hail all over the roof and hood.
Alex and his team provided a quote for the fender damage that was significantly less expensive than that of two other shops I went to. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get a second estimate on the hail damage. And, most importantly, the repair work on the vehicle was outstanding. It practically looks better now than on the day I bought it.
Plus, per their policy, I did not have to pay the deductible for the hail damage repair! They also waxed the car gratis.
I found Capital Dent Masters to be friendly, efficient, and fair. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Denver metro area.read more

Very impressive local collision repair company. I went to a Mercedes recommended repair shop and their estimate was 25%... more than Dent Masters. I had a deep door dent in my 6 month new Mercedes that required repainting, clear coat and the dent repair. The door looks exactly like new - no sign of dent or repainting. The repair was done on time and they even drove me to Enterprise rental car. I am a perfectionist and they met my expectations. I brought my Subaru to get a huge dent fixed. They were extremely friendly, gave me a quote, and scheduled me right... away. When I received my quote, I realized that they quoted me about half the cost of what other places had quoted me. They fixed the dent, repainted, AND even detailed my car inside and out! It felt like my car was brand new again. Though out the process, the team understood the urgency of me getting my car back as soon as possible; therefore, ensured that I’d have it back by the weekend. Capital Dent Masters worked on my brand new car installing a clear bar and paint protection. It was extremely easy to... work with Lore, Jorge, and Alex. Communication was great. I can't believe how happy I am with my experience here. After checking with a couple other body shops on dent repair... it was immediately obvious that Capital Dent Masters was different. They were much easier to work with, friendly and attentive, and got the work done in just a few days instead of 2+ weeks which is what I was quoted elsewhere.
